I enjoy the process of establishing and supporting successful working relationships with patients. Providing one-on-one nutrition education and counseling gives me a unique opportunity to impact patients' lives positively and catalyze lasting and beneficial change.I focus my practice with patients on where behavior meets nutritional science. In addition to my extensive background in nutrition and metabolism, I'm board-certified in lifestyle medicine, adult weight management and personal training. I weave these areas of knowledge into my work with patients to help them achieve better health and well-being.
